aneW Idea™
Ideas and Inspiration Consultation
Starting at $75
This package is perfect for the client who has a vision, and design ideas but just doesn’t have the time or experience to execute everything on their own. We will help you sort through your ideas and develop a cohesive design concept that is reflective of your unique personality.

Planning, Purchasing, & Instruction
Starting at $125
We handle every detail as it relates to planning your party. We will assist you in sorting through your ideas to develop a cohesive design concept that is reflective of your unique personality.

aneW Event™
Planning, Purchasing, & Execution
Starting at $225
Days leading up to the event, we are managing the event and going through all your plans with a fine-tooth comb making sure that all the details are picture perfect.

We will spend 2 hours setting up the day of the event.
** A per hour fee will be assessed after specified package hours at the rate of $60 per hour. Hours will be billed in increments of 30 minutes.
aneW Day™
Full Package - 20% of Budget for 25 guests or more
The Full Planning & Design Package is designed for the client that has ideas about their event, but needs a professional to bring it to life. You will work closely with one of our top event planners on the complete design and details of your special day. Your planner will advise you on all aspects of your event planning, attend meetings on your behalf, manage logistics and pair you with the most talented vendors in the industry.
This package also includes all items listed in the aneW Touch™, and aneW Party™ Packages and the following:

Assistance in preparing a budget

Prepare a schedule/timeline and checklists

Assist with site tours, selection, and booking of venues

Assist with selecting a color scheme, theme, and style of event

Schedule appointments and accompany clients to vendor meetings

Coordinate with vendors to ensure services/products are provided in a timely manner

Ongoing updates and consultation with clients about vendor services and products

Assist with the choosing and design of invitations (billed separately if done by us)

Event website and assistance with tracking RSVP’s (online RSVP’s included - additional cost associated)

Prepare itineraries to be provided to vendors

Timelines prepared the month of the event

Consultation with vendors the month of the event

Management with the associated printed materials (includes Invites, RSVP tracking, favor cards and menus up to 75 people)

$150 Deposit Required
