aneW Wedding
aneW provides planning, coordinating, and hosting services for weddings. We work to ensure your wedding day brings your dreams to reality whether by planning your entire day or contributing a smaller role, such as providing support on the day of the wedding. Because each bride and groom are different, aneW is able to vary each wedding to showcase the couple’s style.

aneW Idea™
This package is perfect for the client who has a vision, and design ideas but just doesn’t have the time or experience to execute everything on their own. Through a series of meetings, we will help you sort through your ideas and develop a cohesive design concept that is reflective of your unique personality.
aneW Day™
Rehearsal and Wedding Day Coordination Only
We handle every detail on the day of the wedding so that the wedding party and family are relaxed and free to enjoy your biggest moment.
This package includes coordination and management at the Reception as well.

** A per hour fee will be assessed after specified package hours at the rate of $60 per hour. Hours will be billed in increments of 30 minutes.
Rehearsal

Complete coordination of the Rehearsal (coordinated with Officiant) including an itinerary for all participants. The final collection of wedding day items and finalization with participants for a final and smooth execution of wedding day events.
Wedding Day and Reception

Check with vendors to confirm arrangements for the wedding day

Attend overseeing and directing the ceremony and reception

Receive deliveries and greet vendors

Make sure reception and ceremony areas are set up as you have planned

Assist with handing out wedding flowers and pinning corsages, boutonnieres, etc.

Get wedding party in place to walk down the aisle

Make sure all vendor receive final payments as needed

Coordinate the collection of gifts received at wedding to be delivered to pre-arranged spot

Collect guest books, camera, personal items, etc. to be delivered to pre-arranged spot

Make sure transportation is running on time

Become aneW™
If you have spent a lot of time on the planning process, but need assistance on the event day so that you can relax and enjoy your event, we will ensure all your perfectly planned details come to life. During the 30 days leading up to the event, we are managing the event and going through all your plans with a fine-tooth comb making sure that all the details you have put into place are picture perfect. We will manage setup through teardown and work with your selected vendors to create the most memorable day possible.
This package also includes all items listed in the aneW Day™ Package and the following:

Create aneW™
The Full Wedding Planning & Design Package is designed for the couple that has ideas about their wedding day, but needs a professional to bring it to life. You will work closely with one of our top event planners on the complete design and details of your special day. Your planner will advise you on all aspects of wedding planning, attend meetings on your behalf, manage logistics and pair you with the most talented vendors in the industry.
This package also includes all items listed in the aneW Day™, and Become aneW™ Packages and the following:

Our planner had an awesome team. We both were assigned someone the day of to handle any calls and our personal needs. For me after my bridesmaids walked out to head down the aisle I lost it. (like cried cried cried) because I knew it was time and I was so happy and nervous. Her staff member told me I was beautiful and to breathe and that today is going to be PERFECT! We even made me laugh. Also, I was nervous about how things looked. After looking at a "sneak peek" of the room I felt much better.
